1980

The Establishment

After years of working abroad with the biggest construction and consulting firms, Mr. Elie Kassouf decided to return to Lebanon to establish his own quality-driven company built on his experience and knowledge in construction materials.

1980s-1990s

The Growth

Mr. Elie Kassouf and his team hit the ground running, taking on the biggest projects in Lebanon including the Lebanese airport, the presidential palace, and many more. During this time, the company acquired many exclusive distribution agreements with major leading companies and factories around the world.

2004

The Change

In 2004, the company underwent a major shift in strategy. The company decided to stop contracting work and shift its entire focus on wholesale. To accommodate this shift in strategy, the company sold and leased most of their warehouses and built a 1500 sqm office building with 4200 sqm of warehouse space.
